Ordered food and drinks through the drive thru. Got 2 cherry Dr peppers and 1 regular. Got to the window and they made them all cherry. Asked the worker to remake one of them to be regular. She took the drink and rolled her eyes and said ugh. Very rude. She told her manager about it Ig and the manager asked to see our receipt because Ig they thought we were lying. Sure enough one of the drinks was a regular. After they realized it was their mistake that was when they started acting NICE. Will not go back here again. Food was alright though.

Always get pretty rude service and extremely long wait times everytime I've been by im asked to pull to the front even if no one else is in front or behind me it's a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes for a single burger.

Editing to add its been 6 months, I've given them a few more tries and absolutely no improvement. Wait times are still crazy for a single burger and fries. Also if you add cheese you may need to remind them to melt it or it will be ice cold.

My husband and I ordered hamburgers. It was the worst burgers we have gotten from Dairy Queen. The fries were shriveled and very tough. Also mine was a cheese burger and there was no cheese.

So SLOWWWW. They use to have people park on the side of the building if they were taking too long for their order and now they just have them wait in the line. This causes us to wait even longer, even if we just want to get ice cream. The girl that was working yesterday (Sunday around 8pm, 8/6/23) was having them wait in the line so I decided to go inside. After that, the line started going quicker since she decided to do Drive Thru orders first and have the people inside wait. There was another dude in there as well, but he went back to the kitchen instead of being at the front. Not sure why, maybe he’s new? Just horrible service… he took one persons order and just went to the back… will not be coming back at night time. Also they close at 9:30 while keeping the menu lit up? still better than Stephenville but not by much.

The kitchen is way too small for lunch and dinner time rushes. It's not their fault, but if you're in a hurry, it's probably best to skip this location. Their food is always fresh and good, but I've definitely found myself waiting upwards to 15 min for my drive through order.

They were out of chocolate for the ice cream of all things. How does Dairy Queen run out of chocolate at 3pm. on a Saturday. So I had to pick a different kinda of shake.

DO NOT LEAVE THIS LOCATION WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER FIRST!!!
Was working in Dublin for 2 weeks. Went here 4 times and our order was wrong 3 times!!! The lady behind the counter was nice, Manager lady had an attitude.
Go to Granny Clark's down the road. The people are nicer, the food is better, and costs about the same.
